We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Window & Door Installation Manager/Senior Installer to join our company in a key leadership role.
This is an excellent opportunity for an industry professional with extensive installation knowledge who is ready to lead by example, manage multiple installation teams, and play a vital role in developing our workforce.
The Role,
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for;
- Leading and managing multiple window and door installation teams
- Planning,organising and overseeing installation schedules and daily operations.
- Training, mentoring, and upskilling international installation staff to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Maintaining exceptional quality control across all projects.
- Ensuring installations are completed safely, effeciently and to the highest professional standards.
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the installation department.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in the window and door industry.
- Extensive technical knowledge of window and door installation methods and best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate installation teams.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Current safe pass and manual handling certificate.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous management or supervisory roles.
- Experience coordinating multiple fitting teams.
- A strong track record in training and mentoring installers.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, develop, and support others.
