About you
We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager with a background in retail, hospitality or food. Experience working within a franchise model would be highly advantageous, alongside a strong commercial understanding and confidence managing financials, sales and gross profit across multiple locations.
You will be a confident and influential leader, capable of motivating franchisees, teams, retail partners and internal stakeholders across a geographically dispersed estate. A data-led approach is essential, with the ability to analyse performance information, identify opportunities and make informed decisions to drive results.
You will have excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver both short- and long-term business objectives. Experience implementing new initiatives across multiple sites is important, as is a strong understanding of operational standards, food safety and compliance. Previous experience with sushi preparation, sushi rolling or Japanese food would be advantageous.
As the role involves regular travel across the region, you will need a full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle, and you should live within a reasonable travelling distance of the advertised location.
