We’re looking for a Cook/Chef to join our Winebar in Skerries
We’re a relaxed, casual Winebar in Skerries, open since 2022, with a great list of wines by the glass and bottle complimented by a grazing menu of nibbles, sharing boards and specials, open evening’s Wednesday through Sunday
What the job involves:
- part-time working in a small kitchen
- working alone or with another chef depending on day of the week
- helping create and manage our menu and specials
- prepping for and running evening service
- managing HACCP compliance, ordering, food costs & waste control
- being a positive member of the kitchen & front of house team
- previous experience in a similar setting
