We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Parcel Sorter to join our busy delivery depot team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be part of the team responsible for getting parcels sorted, organised and ready to go out for delivery each day. You'll be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where teamwork, accuracy and punctuality are important.

What You'll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and unloading incoming parcels
- Scanning and sorting parcels accurately to the correct routes and locations
- Moving parcels safely around the depot
- Preparing parcels for drivers and outbound delivery
- Assisting with loading delivery vehicles when required
- Working as part of a team to keep the depot running efficiently
- Following all company health & safety and operational procedures
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and free from hazards
Working Hours
- Early morning shifts starting from approximately 3:50am
- Typical finish time is around 9:00am, depending on the workload
- Approximately 25 hours per week
- Additional hours may be available during busy periods
- Start and finish times may vary depending on operational requirements
- Working days and rosters will be discussed during the recruitment process
- All working time is recorded through our electronic timekeeping system
Please note: The early start time is an essential requirement of this position.

We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual – our operation depends on the team being ready to start on time
- Comfortable working in a busy, physical environment
- Able to regularly lift and move parcels safely
- Comfortable being on your feet and active throughout the shift
- Available for early morning starts
- A good team player with a positive attitude
- Safety-conscious and willing to follow procedures
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
Previous warehouse, logistics or parcel-handling experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided, so experience is not essential.
