We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team working on residential and commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including housing developments, apartments, nursing homes, and student accommodation from initial planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare project budgets, cost plans, and estimates.
Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors.
Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports.
Review contracts, valuations, and variations.
Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
Manage final accounts and ensure accurate project completion costs.
Support the successful delivery of projects within budget and timelines.
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Strong experience in residential construction projects.
Good knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and estimating software (Cubit experience desirable).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Full clean driving licence preferred but not essential.
Pay: €45,727.91-€94,505.94 per year
