About the role
We are hiring a Marketing Manager (Social Media and Content) to lead our marketing function, brand strategy, and digital presence. Reporting directly to the Owners, you will own the company's marketing strategy end-to-end, from content production and social media to paid advertising, email marketing, analytics, and lead generation.
This is a full-time, permanent role for an experienced marketing professional who can both think strategically and roll up their sleeves to produce great work.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy across digital, social, content, email, paid media, SEO, and PR
- Set, manage, and report on the annual marketing budget
- Plan and deliver the company's content strategy, including creative direction for original photography and video content captured on company project sites
- Own the company's social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Plan, manage, and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
- Direct email marketing strategy and customer journeys using marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo
- Lead marketing analytics and performance reporting using Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, and the company's CRM
- Develop and oversee the SEO and blog content strategy for the company website
- Define and maintain the Farrelly & Co. brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, photographers, videographers, designers, and printers
- Track and report on marketing KPIs including lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on ad spend
- Lead lead generation and lead nurture strategy in coordination with the company's sales pipeline
What we are looking for
- Minimum five years of professional experience in marketing, with at least two years in a senior, lead, or management capacity
- Proven track record planning and delivering multi-channel marketing strategies
- Strong hands-on experience with paid social advertising, particularly on Meta
- Skills in photography, videography, and video editing for social media
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo
- Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on return on investment
- Excellent written English, copywriting, and creative direction skills
- A relevant third-level qualification in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field is desirable
Working arrangements
This is a remote role, with attendance at company project sites in Dublin and surrounding counties as required for content production.
