As a Delivery Manager in the Central Data & Analytics Office (CDAO), you will lead the planning and delivery of the data and analytics change portfolio. You will partner with stakeholders to shape demand, agree priorities, and translate business needs into clear delivery plans. Working with internal teams and third-party contractors and consultants, you will ensure initiatives are delivered on time, to the right quality, and aligned to strategic objectives while promoting a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that PTSB Bank continues to innovate and stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CDAO initiatives, from intake and planning through execution and closure.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans (scope, milestones, RAID, resourcing, communications) to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements, agree priorities, and manage expectations.
- Plan and coordinate resources across the portfolio, matching Business Analyst capacity and skills to priority work.
- Own the project budgeting process, from drafting initial proposals to monitoring expenditures and recommending adjustments to ensure financial discipline and value delivery.
- Select and apply appropriate delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools to track progress and remove blockers.
- Empower and delegate responsibilities to business analysts, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related discipline.
- Significant project/delivery management experience with evidence of successful outcomes in a complex environment.
- Strong experience with project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and manage trade-offs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- 5+ years relevant experience in delivery/project management roles.
This is a permanent role based in Dublin/Cork (Hybrid Options available within Republic of Ireland only)
