Main responsibilities
- To work closely with a small team and manage the daily operations of the take away, restaurant and barista coffee offering.
- To achieve sales targets, optimise profitability and drive overall business performance.
- Maintain operational and service standards
- Manage rosters, budgeting, purchasing and stock control.
- Train, develop and lead the team in all aspect of the business.
- Bring new ideas to the restaurant and menu options
- Manage inventory with multiple suppliers.
- Ensure that the restaurant operates within relevant legislation in terms of Health & safety law, HACCP, consumer legislation and sale of food
- Manage multiple online ordering platforms
- To keep stock wastage/shrinkage to a minimum
Key requirements
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a food and beverage manager.
- Fluent English
- Be fully flexible to work 5 days over 7, morning, evening & weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €37,500.00 per year
