Olympian Gymnastics is one of Ireland's leading gymnastics providers, with multiple venues and thousands of gymnasts training with us every week.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced gymnastics people who want to lead teams, develop coaches and help run great venues.
This Could Be Your Next Step
If you're already an experienced gymnastics manager, we'd love to talk.
But you don't need to have “Manager” on your CV.
You might be a Lead Coach, Senior Coach or the person everyone naturally turns to when something needs sorting.
We can teach management.
We'll support you with training, systems and a central team across HR, administration and operations.
What we're looking for is harder to teach:
- A positive attitude
- Great communication skills
- Strong gymnastics knowledge
- High standards
- Confidence with people
- A proactive, self-starter mindset
- The ability to give feedback and help others improve
Basically, someone who cares and wants to get better.
What You'll Do
Depending on your experience, you'll either step into a Venue Manager position or join our Venue Manager development pathway.
You'll learn to:
- Lead and develop a team of gymnastics coaches
- Maintain high coaching, safety and professional standards
- Observe classes and give practical feedback
- Build a positive, motivated team culture
- Manage the day-to-day running of a gymnastics venue
- Build great relationships with parents and gymnasts
- Help your venue grow and improve
- Spot problems, take ownership and get things moving
You'll still be close to gymnastics and the gym floor.
But your impact gets bigger.
Instead of developing one class, you'll learn how to develop an entire team.
Who We're Looking For
Gymnastics experience is important.
Ideally, you'll have several years of coaching experience and a recognised gymnastics coaching qualification.
We're particularly interested in people who are ambitious, positive and ready to learn.
You don't need to tick every box.
