We are currently seeking an experienced Massage Therapist to join our growing teams in
Stephen’s Green and Rathmines. The ideal candidate will have strong therapeutic skills
and a client-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering tailored massage treatments that
support both relaxation and post-aesthetic care.
Key Responsibilities：
Massage Therapy：
● Deliver a range of massage treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic
drainage, and aromatherapy.
● Customize each session based on client needs such as pain relief, stress reduction,
or recovery support following aesthetic procedures.
Client Consultation & Care：
● Conduct thorough consultations to assess client goals, concerns, and contraindications.
● Provide clear post-treatment guidance and recommend ideal treatment frequency.
● Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
Collaboration & Recommendations：
● Coordinate with the aesthetics team to support integrated treatment plans.
● Recommend suitable skincare products or complementary treatments offered in the
clinic.
Hygiene & Compliance:
● Maintain a clean, calm, and hygienic treatment environment at all times.
● Follow strict sanitation protocols before and after each session.
● Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and client confidentiality policies.
Professional Development:
● Stay informed on the latest trends in massage therapy and holistic care.
● Attend training sessions and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience：
● Previous experience in a wellness, clinical, or spa environment preferred.
● Familiarity with post-aesthetic or post-surgical massage is a strong advantage.
Skills：
● Expertise in various massage techniques and anatomical knowledge.
● Excellent communication and client service skills.
● Professional, team-oriented, and detail-focused approach.
