We currently have a vacancy for a Duty Manager to assist our professional team in the provision of accommodation and ancillary services to Persons Seeking International Protection at our Port Road Apartment Independent Living Centre in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal. This position is full time 39 hours working 5 days over 7, some weekend work will apply.
The successful person will be required to provide a compassionate, empathetic and top-quality customer service to all of our residents and stakeholders. The successful person will support our Centre Manager in leading our team and fulfilling all contractual obligations. The role will include general front office administrative and reporting tasks in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Competencies/Experience /Qualifications
- Excellent communications skills with a warm and friendly personality
- Strong IT and literacy skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Experience working in an IPAS centre/hotel/accommodation/care setting is desirable
- Strong organisational ability and self motivated
- Ability to lead, supervise and motivate a team of people
