Avoca is seeking a passionate and commercially driven Foodhall Manager to lead our Foodhall in Dunboyne. Experience within food retail or a similar fast-paced retail environment.

Lead the Foodhall team to achieve sales, margin and operational targets.

Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve escalated customer queries and complaints.

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Foodhall, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.

Manage opening and closing procedures for the department/store as required.

Oversee cash handling and cash reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Manage stock ordering processes to ensure product availability while minimising waste.

Maintain high merchandising and presentation standards throughout the Foodhall.

Recruit, train, coach and develop colleagues to build an engaged and high-performing team.

Ensure operational compliance with company policies, procedures and food safety standards.

Support effective rota planning and the day-to-day coordination of colleague breaks and departmental resources.

Work collaboratively with the wider management team to deliver commercial objectives and an exceptional customer experience.

Undertake additional duties as reasonably required to support the successful operation of the business.
