Duties Include:
*Arrange service / repair times and dates for workshop in consultation with service & workshop Managers, via customer phone calls, websites, walk-ins and emails
*Schedule service reminder texts every evening and once per month via Dealer Marketing. Approve lists for service reminders removing customers who are already booked in. Update booking diary with appointments made by Dealer Marketing.
*Activate jobcards for parts to do a pre-pick the day before customer arrives. Print, open and close job cards daily and file away monthly. Open additional warranty job cards where required, and sub-contractor jobcards.
*Print service diary daily
*Arrange hire cars as required for customers (Courtesy, Europcar, Enterprise)
*Take customers when they arrive and go through planned work, get signature & email, confirm collection time, label keys. Place keys and jobcard into folder for Service Manager.
*Operate Triage system successfully: move over job as customer arrives, monitor VHC, price up work as required, update jobcards with upsell
*Collect payment from customers returning for their vehicle and explain invoice
*Take Garda bookings and open jobs on FMS. Liase with Garda on same. As work is approved & completed, carry out Quality Check, upload invoice. Ensure mechanics complete Garda tyre form. Invoice according to Modern Tyres supplier pricelist with order number and email relevant paperwork.
*Ensures parts, labour and any other items relating to work carried out are charged to the relevant vehicle and invoice is generated
*Willing to be flexible, work occasional overtime as requested by management
*All other duties assigned by management
