Auto Boland Ltd, a leading multi-franchise motor dealership group based in Waterford, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant / Accounts Technician to join our growing finance team.
This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their finance career who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable

Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports

Process supplier invoices, customer receipts, and payments accurately and on time

Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation

Assist with finance-related administrative duties and ad hoc projects

Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers as required

Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role is desirable

Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software

Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and develop professionally
