Located at the heart of Waterford city, the family owned 4* Granville Hotel is looking to hire a Hall Porter who is a flexible and dedicated person and who is also available to work Night porter shifts when required.
Main duties:
- To ensure the highest standards of service are maintained by all times
- To deal with customer queries / complaints and ensuring conversion of enquiries
- To check functions list for days business, checking and setting up Meeting Rooms, replenishing and servicing as required to company standard
- Checking in deliveries and carrying goods to the stores
- To assist all guests with luggage and personal belongings
- To follow cleaning guidelines for public areas
- To assist in Bar Food area
While on Nights;
- To ensure security of all guests and hotel at all times.
- To assist Management in adhoc duties when required.
- To facilitate check in and check out of guests when needed.
- To serve hotel guests Food & Beverage offerings when needed.
- To carry out cleaning duties as per Standards of Procedure.
