Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Operative at Ecirette Wholesale Limited, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including picking and packing orders, inventory management, and ensuring that the warehouse remains in excellent condition. This role is essential in helping us maintain our reputation for fast and reliable service in the vaping industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Picking: Accurately pick products as per daily orders to meet customer requirements.
- Packing: Pack orders in a safe manner, ensuring products are not damaged during transit.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular stock checks, update inventory logs, and flag any discrepancies.
- Goods Receiving: Check and record incoming goods, ensuring they match purchase orders and are of acceptable quality.
- Quality Control: Ensure all goods are stored and handled in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
- Loading/Unloading: Load and unload delivery trucks, checking goods against shipping documents.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health & safety regulations.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other warehouse staff and management to meet daily objectives.
- Customer Service: Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate order processing.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for inventory control.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and remain standing for extended periods.
