Barista / Café All-Rounder
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be confident working in a busy café environment, have a passion for great coffee and customer service, and be happy to get involved in all aspects of café operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages
- Taking orders and providing friendly, efficient customer service
- Operating the till and handling payments
- Preparing and serving food
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming café environment
- Restocking and assisting with general café duties
- Working effectively as part of a team during busy periods
- Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
About you:
- Previous barista or café experience is essential
- Friendly, reliable, and hardworking
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work Saturdays is essential
