Osborne Recruitment is delighted to partner with a highly respected international NGO to appoint an experienced HR Manager to join their Dublin-based team.

As HR Manager, you will take a lead role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s People Strategy. Working closely with senior leadership and managers, you will oversee day-to-day HR operations while driving initiatives across employee engagement, organisational development, learning, wellbeing and inclusive workplace culture.
This is a permanent hybrid role based in South Dublin.

In this role, you will:
-
Partner with senior leaders and managers to support organisational goals through effective people strategies
-
Provide practical guidance and support on employee relations, performance management and people-related matters
-
Lead HR projects that strengthen culture, engagement, organisational effectiveness and employee experience
-
Review, develop and improve HR policies, procedures and internal processes
-
Support recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives across the organisation
-
Coordinate learning and development activities, including leadership and management training
-
Promote a positive, inclusive and values-led working environment
-
Oversee employee wellbeing initiatives and support benefits administration
-
Manage HR reporting, employee records and HR systems
-
Ensure HR practices remain compliant with Irish employment legislation and best practice
-
Contribute to diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and wider culture programmes

Mentor and support junior members of the HR team where required
You will be an experienced and approachable HR professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, purpose-led environment. You will be confident supporting managers, building relationships across teams and balancing strategic HR work with hands-on operational delivery.
You will ideally bring:

Minimum 7 years’ experience in a busy HR environment

Previous experience within the NGO, charity or not-for-profit sector would be beneficial
-
Experience supporting international or multi-site teams would be an advantage

A degree in HR, Business or a related discipline

Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A collaborative, solutions-focused and relationship-driven approach

The ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels

Confidence working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
