Role information:
- Experience within a similar role ideally a commercial and customer facing environment.
- Able to demonstrate sound maintenance and electrical knowledge.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and able to motivate staff.
- Health and safety and risk assessment experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience of dealing with people at all levels.
- Sound knowledge of financial controls and budgeting.
Requirements:
- Organised, structured and clear in direction with clarity of focus
- Good ability to motivate, develop and manage teams and efficiency in working with other colleagues
- Excellent interpersonal relations with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
