Full job description
We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrator to join our busy Sign company based in Collon Co Louth.
This is an on-site role suited to someone with strong administrative experience who can manage day-to-day office duties and help keep company documentation and compliance up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and day-to-day support
- Managing and organising company filing systems
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Operating and maintaining records using Xero
- Preparing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
- Maintaining Health & Safety documentation
- Handling emails, phone calls, and supplier/customer correspondence
- Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders, and accounts administration
- Ensuring all company records and compliance documents are kept up to date
- Supporting management with additional administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Experience using Xero is essential
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of Health & Safety documentation/RAMS is an advantage
- Good communication and computer skills

- Location: On-site in Collon Co. Louth
- Job Type: Part-Time 10am to 1pm daily 4 day week
- Pay: €15.00 – €16.00 per hour
