All applicants must be over 18 years of age, flexible to work different shift patterns across the week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support team with daily stock replensishment
- Serving customers on theTill
- Ensuring excellent customer care at all times
- Interacting with a customer in a helpful, friendly manner
- Assisting customers with finding the right solution/products if needed
- Ensure stock levels are maintained throughout the day
- Helping other departments across the store
- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Maintain agreed store merchandising standards
- Complying with all relevant legal obligations
- Complying with all Company guidelines and procedures.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous Food Retail experience is neccessary for this role
- Excellent communication skills
- Fully Flexible across the week
- Positive with a Can-Do attitude
- Responsible and Reliable
- Willing to learn across all departments of the store
- Work well within a team or own initiative and take pride in a job well done
- As a Sales Assistant you will be required to sell Alcohol and Tobacco, therefore,you must be 18 or over to qualify for this position
