Job Title: Experienced Basic scaffolder / Advanced Scaffolder (Construction)
Location: Various sites across County Meath (e.g., Navan, Ratoath )

Salary: Competitive, based on experience (CIF rates / hourly)
We are seeking qualified and experienced Scaffolders to join our team for ongoing residential construction projects across County Meath. You will be responsible for the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffold structures in compliance with Irish safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
· Erect, alter, system scaffolding, and independent scaffolds.
· Read and interpret scaffold design drawings and method statements.
· Ensure all work complies with Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013 and relevant CIF guidelines.
· Install edge protection, ladder access, fans, sheeting, and debris netting.
· Conduct pre-use and weekly inspections of scaffolding (GA3 and handover certs. )
· Coordinate with site management and other trades (e.g., bricklayers , Plasterers) on live sites in Meath.
· Maintain a clean and organised worksite, ensuring all materials are stacked safely.
· Identify and report any site hazards or defects immediately.
Requirements (Essential)
· Valid CIF Scaffolding Register Card (Scaffolder or Advanced Scaffolder level).
· Valid Safe Pass (must be in date).
· Relevant Manual Handling Certificate (in date).
· Own transport to reach various sites across Co. Meath (public transport is limited in rural areas).
· 2+ years post-qualification experience on construction sites.
· Ability to work at heights in all typical Irish weather conditions.
· Good physical fitness and teamwork skills.
Desirable (Not essential, but a plus)
· PASMA (for towers) or IPAF (for MEWPs) tickets.
· Scaffold Inspection Ticket.
· Working at Heights Instructor qualification.
