We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Driver Guides to join our expanding team in Galwaay.
Responsibilities
Prepare the tour vehicle before each trip, including completing required safety and mechanical checks.
Drive guests safely and professionally throughout the tour.
Welcome and assist guests at the beginning of each tour.
Provide engaging information about Galway, Connemara, the Cliffs of Moher, and other local attractions.
Ensure guests feel comfortable, safe, and well looked after throughout the journey.
Deliver the full tour itinerary in a professional and engaging manner.
Carry out post-tour vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
Previous tour or guiding experience would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training and development will be provided.
Customer service experience is also beneficial. We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly, approachable, and confident with people.
Patient, reliable, punctual, and well organised.
Able to work independently and use their own initiative.
Professional and responsible when dealing with guests.
A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
Knowledgeable about or interested in the history, culture, and attractions of the West of Ireland.
Pay: €14.15-€45.76 per hour
