We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Payroll & Commissions Administrator to join their finance team.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with monthly payroll processing using BrightPay
- Process employee expenses
- Calculate commissions and bonus payments
- Maintain payroll and employee records
- Analyse payroll data and identify trends
- Support reporting and metrics for senior leadership
- Ensure payroll accuracy and confidentiality
What you’ll need:
- Previous end-to-end payroll experience
- Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work to recurring deadlines
- Strong communication skills
Bonus if you have:
- IPASS Certificate in Payroll Techniques
- Experience in commissions or bonus calculations
