About Minimá
Minimá Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio located in the heart of Dublin on South William Street.
We are a small, community-focused studio where people come not only for a great workout, but also for the welcoming and friendly environment we have created.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Pilates instructor to join our team and become part of our growing community.
We are looking for someone who is sociable, friendly, approachable and passionate about creating a great client experience — someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and contributing to the atmosphere of the studio.
The Role
We are looking for an instructor who is qualified and confident teaching:
- Reformer Pilates
- Mat Pilates
- Barre
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, safe and high-quality classes while creating a positive experience for every client.
Classes will be assigned in blocks, with the potential to increase your hours over time for the right person. We are particularly interested in instructors who can commit to regular availability and grow with the studio.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum Level 3 Pilates qualification
- Recognised qualifications in Reformer, Mat Pilates and Barre
- At least 1 year of experience teaching Reformer, Mat Pilates and Barre
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Confident and knowledgeable in delivering safe and effective classes
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Friendly, approachable and comfortable engaging with clients
- Passionate about Pilates and creating a great client experience
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
Availability
You must be available to teach a combination of:
- Early mornings – from 7:00am
- Evenings – up to 7:00pm and later
- Saturdays
- Sundays
Flexibility across these times is important, as classes are scheduled across mornings, evenings and weekends.

Payment & Contract
This is a contract / self-employed position.
Payment is made monthly, at the end of each month, based on invoices submitted by the instructor.
The initial arrangement will be based on allocated blocks of classes, with the possibility of additional classes and responsibilities for the right candidate.
