Night Porter
You will receive training through our Dalata Academy to help you learn important skills. You will also meet experienced team members who can help you grow.

Your Job :
- Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally, while assisting with guest requests relating to luggage, porterage, room service, and general enquiries.
- Clean and maintain all designated public and back-of-house areas of the hotel, including but not limited to the lobby, back office, stairways, public toilets, restaurant and bar floors, staff areas, public areas, and meeting room floors.
- Complete all nightly duties as outlined on the Night Porter checklist, including additional tasks as directed by the Manager on Duty. This may include setting up function rooms, preparing the breakfast area, assisting with the resident bar service, and carrying out other operational duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
- Maintain the front entrance and external areas of the hotel to a high standard at all times, including emptying bins, removing litter, and ensuring the area is clean, safe, and welcoming for guests.
- Have a thorough understanding of the hotel's fire safety procedures and emergency protocols, ensuring the safety and security of all guests, visitors, and team members at all times.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in working at Nights in 3/4 star hotel is essential
- Excellent spoken English
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work in a busy environment
- Be a good team player
- Opera/Micros knowledge is desired
