We are now seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team in Baldoyle on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email, phone, and live chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in improving customer service processes and workflows
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience using Zendesk or similar customer service platforms is desirable
