Fishy Fishy, one of Ireland’s best-loved seafood restaurants, is on the lookout for a talented Chef de Partie to join our passionate kitchen team for the busy summer season.

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong experience as a Commis looking to step up)

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
- Team player with a strong work ethic
