The Role:
As a Mobile Plumber, you will be responsible for delivering safe, compliant, and professional plumbing and mechanical maintenance services across a varied portfolio of commercial and public-sector properties throughout Dublin.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing repairs
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on heating systems, hot and cold water services, and drainage systems
- Installing, servicing, and commissioning gas-fired appliances in accordance with RGI regulations and IS 813:2015 standards
- Providing basic multi-skilled maintenance support, including minor building fabric, carpentry, and mechanical repairs when required
- Maintaining accurate digital records of completed works using the company’s mobile maintenance system
Requirements:
- National Craft Certificate or QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Current Registered Gas Installer (RGI) certification
- Previous experience in commercial, industrial, or large-scale residential plumbing maintenance
- Full, clean Irish or EU driving licence
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates (Working at Heights and Confined Spaces training would be advantageous)
