We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Breakfast Waiter to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent service to guests during breakfast, ensuring they have a welcoming and enjoyable start to their day.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide attentive, friendly service.
- Set up and prepare the breakfast area before service.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Replenish the buffet and ensure all items are well presented.
- Clear and reset tables promptly.
- Respond to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
- Work effectively as part of the breakfast and wider hotel team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in hospitality or waiting service is an advantage.
- A friendly and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Good attention to detail and a professional appearance.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A reliable and team-oriented approach.
