The Role
Your main responsibility will be to speak with customers over the phone and arrange portrait studio bookings.
You'll need to be:
- Naturally friendly, warm and enthusiastic
- Confident and comfortable speaking to customers on the phone
- A great communicator who can build rapport quickly
- Organised and reliable
- Comfortable working towards making bookings and achieving targets
- Professional and positive in your approach
What We’re Looking For
Previous telesales, telephone customer service or booking experience
You should also have:
- Experience using a CRM system
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to work independently while being part of a small, friendly team
Pay: Up to €20.00 per hour
