Meeting and Events Sales Executive
We are seeking a Meeting & Events Executive to join our reactive events team, working closely alongside the Event Manager to drive revenue, build lasting client relationships, and curate exceptional experiences within the luxury market.
This role is integral to elevating our guest journey, blending commercial expertise with a passion for detail to help redefine what outstanding, bespoke hospitality looks like in Dublin.
The Role
As Meeting & Events Executive, this is a reactive sales role that plays a key part in securing revenue by managing customer enquiries, using best endeavours to convert opportunities, and consistently seeking to maximise meeting and conference revenue. In addition, there should be a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and enhance long-term customer loyalty.
The Meeting & Events Executive will join an expanding reactive events team, ensuring all M&E requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The role requires preparing, updating, and accurately recording all correspondence relating to event sales, as well as maintaining effective follow up processes for business enquiries and delivering a high standard of after-sales service to support repeat bookings.
The Meeting & Events Executive will work closely with the Events Manager and the wider reactive team to secure conference and meeting business, contributing to overall hotel sales revenue while delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will bring:

Pay: €32,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
