Role Overview
Louis Fitzgerald Hotel Complex is seeking a creative, commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity across the 4-star Louis Fitzgerald Hotel, Joel’s Restaurant, and the wider complex.
The role requires a strong emphasis on campaign creation, using creativity to drive revenue, restaurant covers, bookings, and brand awareness.
The successful candidate will develop and deliver impactful marketing plans that support all areas of the business including accommodation, food and beverage, weddings, meetings and events, and seasonal promotions.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant marketing
. • Strong experience in campaign creation and execution
. • Proven ability to use marketing creatively to drive revenue, covers, and bookings
. • Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, email, content, and brand management
. • Commercially aware, results-driven, and highly organised. • Strong communication and copywriting skills.

About The Role
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver the marketing plan for the hotel complex.
- Create strong, revenue-focused campaigns to drive hotel bookings, restaurant covers, events, and seasonal business
. • Build brand awareness for the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel Complex and Joel’s Restaurant across relevant channels.
- Manage digital marketing including social media, email marketing, website content, and paid campaigns.
- Create engaging content and promotional activity that reflects the brand and drives customer interest.
- Work closely with hotel, restaurant, sales, and operations teams to support commercial targets.
• Monitor campaign performance, marketing spend, and ROI. • Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and ideas to increase visibility and revenue.
