We offer a competitive starting salary of €55,000.00 for this role, with salary adjustments reflecting your experience level and expertise. .

This Senior Consultant role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in integrated, system-wide change that improves population health outcomes and operational efficiency. Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position:
Demonstrated experience in health and/or social care transformation, ideally within the Irish public sector or similar environments.
Strong client-facing consulting or strategic advisory experience, with the ability to analyse complex problems and deliver practical, data-driven solutions.
Experience supporting or coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects and programmes, including risk management, resource allocation, and governance.
Relevant qualifications in healthcare management, social work, clinical disciplines, project management, business, economics, engineering, architecture, or related fields; professional certifications such as Prince2, PMP, or Prosci are highly desirable.
Proven ability to mentor and support junior team members, fostering their development and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
What type of work will I be doing?
Collaborating with clients to develop integrated health and social care strategies and policies.
Designing and supporting the implementation of operating models that improve efficiency and quality of care.
Preparing business cases and feasibility studies to support investment decisions and stakeholder engagement.
Contributing to the delivery of complex projects and programmes, supporting governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Engaging with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues to build capability and promote effective teamwork.
Assisting with PMO activities to help ensure delivery against agreed outcomes.
Supporting transformation initiatives that integrate people, processes, and technology.
