We are currently recruiting a number of Factory Operatives for a leading food manufacturing company based in Birr, Co. Offaly.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. Previous experience in food manufacturing is an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidates.
Work as part of the production team to achieve daily production targets.
Follow production plans to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Minimise waste and maximise production yields.
Complete all production and quality documentation accurately.
Carry out product changeovers, label changes and other production tasks.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping throughout the production area.
Follow all Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality procedures.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across different production departments.

Knowledge of HACCP, food safety and quality management systems.
Experience operating production machinery.
