We're looking for a proactive, organised and friendly all-rounder to join our growing team in our Limerick studio.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who loves being busy, has excellent time management skills and can confidently multitask with ease. We're looking for someone who is a natural go-getter.
No two days will necessarily be the same. You could be responding to a customer email in the morning, packing an online order, serving a customer in the studio, answering Instagram messages, framing prints or going to the post office later that day.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer emails, phone calls and messages
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service in our Limerick studio
- Helping with bridal and customer enquiries
- Packing and fulfilling online orders & orders for stockists
- Preparing orders for postage and taking parcels to the post office
- Framing prints and helping with finishing and packaging
- Keeping the studio organised, tidy and running smoothly
- Helping with general admin and day-to-day tasks
- Supporting with stock, packaging and supplies
- Helping with ad hoc tasks
This is a role where being an all-rounder is important. You might be answering a customer query one minute and sweeping the floor or unpacking stock the next. We're looking for someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into whatever is needed.

Previous experience in a small business, customer service, retail or administration would be an advantage, but personality, attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important to us.
Pay: €15,000.00-€17,000.00 per year
