We are looking for an experienced ERP Digital Programme Manager to join a manufacturing organisation undergoing a major business transformation programme.
This is a permanent leadership opportunity requiring extensive travel across Europe and offers the chance to play a key role in a complex, multi-country transformation initiative.
We are seeking a senior transformation leader who can provide strategic oversight, stakeholder alignment, and programme governance across a large-scale change programme spanning multiple business functions and operational environments.
The Opportunity
This is not a hands-on delivery Project Manager role.
The successful candidate will operate at enterprise level, providing leadership across multiple workstreams while aligning business, technology, operations, and change management activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead a large-scale, multi-country transformation programme within a manufacturing environment
- Provide strategic oversight across multiple programme workstreams and delivery teams
- Own programme governance, planning, risk management, and interdependencies
- Drive organisational change and stakeholder engagement across diverse business functions
- Build strong relationships with senior business, operational, and technology leaders
- Translate complex transformation challenges into clear business outcomes
- Ensure programme objectives remain aligned to strategic business priorities
- Travel extensively across Europe to support programme delivery and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programmes involving ERP and business systems change within manufacturing or industrial organisations
- Experience operating at Programme Manager, Transformation Leader, or equivalent leadership level
- Experience delivering enterprise programmes using major ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor, or similar solutions
- Strong understanding of organisational change within operational and manufacturing environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Politically astute, credible, and confident operating within complex organisations
- Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with delivery accountability
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Europe (50–60%)
