Salary: €32,479 - €46,963 (FTE), pro rata based on contracted hours
Prosper Fingal, part of the Prosper Group, supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism across North County Dublin. We work alongside the people we support to create opportunities, promote independence and support people to live meaningful, connected lives within their communities.
As Prosper Fingal prepares to welcome new admissions to our services from September, we are looking for Care Assistants to join our teams across North County Dublin. A panel will be formed from this recruitment process for upcoming opportunities. Specific locations and contracted hours are currently being finalised and will be discussed with successful candidates as roles become available.
As a Care Assistant, you will:

Provide person-centred support to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.

Support people with everyday living skills and personal development.

Promote independence, choice and inclusion.

Encourage participation in social, recreational and community activities.

Support individuals to work towards their personal goals.

Build positive relationships with the people we support, their families and colleagues.

Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

A relevant QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare Support or a related area.

A full, clean manual driving licence.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive, person-centred approach.

Experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities is desirable.
