We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our busy civil engineering company.
Duties Include:
- Managing day-to-day office administration
- Answering calls and emails
- Preparing and filing documents
- Supporting our financial controller
- Processing invoices and purchase orders
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in construction or engineering is an advantage
