Project Delivery Manager - CLARE

We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Delivery Manager based in Clare to join and head up our Project Delivery team. Supporting our Technical Delivery Teams, the ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in keeping up to date with emerging trends and technologies.
What are the key responsibilities of the role?
Project delivery
Take end-to-end accountability for all project delivery schedules and agreed due dates
Ensure every project has a defined scope, timeline, and delivery owner
Maintain continuous oversight of project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Provide regular, professional updates to clients on delivery status
Drive disciplined change control processes and ensure documentation is maintained to a high standard for supporting teams
Ensure projects transition cleanly into support / BAU services
Financial control billing reporting
Track delivery progress against billable milestones
Provide timely and accurate completion and milestone reports to Accounts
Flag delays, scope changes, or billing impacts early
Support accurate customer invoicing aligned with sales orders and delivered work
Client engagement escalation
Act as senior escalation point for delivery issues, risks, or delays
Communicate plans, timelines, and risks clearly
Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
Ensure transparency and professionalism in all client communications
Cross-team collaboration
Work closely with sales, technical teams, procurement, and accounts
Ensure strong handover from sales into delivery and support
Ensure teams are aligned for service delivery and readiness
What skills/experience do you require for the role?
Proven experience leading project delivery within an MSP, IT services, or technology environment — this is non-negotiable
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, or cybersecurity projects (you don't need to be technical, but you must speak the language)
Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating delivery teams
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with easy, have excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MSP Project Management Tools (Halo, ConnectWise or Similar)
Full clean Irish/EU drivers licence.
