Job Description:
Ocean Blue River Limited, trading as Hilan Chinese Restaurant, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
Main Duties:
* Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes.
* Manage a designated section of the kitchen.
* Ensure food hygiene and HACCP standards are maintained.
* Monitor food quality and portion control.
* Assist with stock control and food ordering.
* Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent.
* Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment.
* Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
