Key Responsibilities
- Support senior advisors with mortgage applications and client case management
- Gather and organise client documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Assist in preparing financial assessments and mortgage recommendations
- Communicate with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date and compliant client records
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the mortgage process
- Keep up to date with industry regulations and product knowledge
Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years’ work experience (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Education & Development
- Third-level qualification preferred
- Full training will be provided
- Candidates will be expected to pursue Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) exams as part of their professional development
