McMahon's is one of Celbridge's best-known local bars, recognised for its warm atmosphere, quality food, great pint and loyal customer base. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Bar Staff member to join our team.
The role
- Providing excellent customer service in a busy bar and food environment
- Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard
- Taking food orders and assisting with floor service when required
- Supporting management with the day-to-day running of the venue
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the premises
- Handling cash and card payments accurately
- Helping to train and support junior staff members
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a busy bar environment
- Experience in food service and customer-facing hospitality roles
- Strong knowledge of draught, spirits, wine and cocktail service
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional and team-oriented
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
