Temporary Inside Sales Executive – SMB Finance | Dublin 2 | June Start
We are hiring motivated Sales Executives to join a growing finance team supporting small business customers across Ireland.
Start Date: 8th June 2026
This is an excellent opportunity for commercially driven candidates who enjoy speaking with business owners, building relationships and working towards targets in a supportive team environment.
What you’ll be doing:

Working with an existing database of SMB customers

Re-engaging dormant accounts and generating new opportunities

Qualifying customers and guiding them through the finance application process

Building relationships with business owners through a consultative, soft-sales approach

Driving pipeline activity and KPI performance
What we are looking for:

Previous B2B, SMB or financial sales experience
-
Confident communicator comfortable engaging with business owners
-
Money-motivated and target-driven mindset
-
Experience in outbound sales, telesales or lead generation beneficial
-
Candidates from business services, finance, advertising sales or similar environments tend to perform well
-
Energetic, resilient and commercially minded personality
Package & Details:
-
€35,000 – €40,000 base salary
-
Strong monthly bonus structure (OTE up to 50% of base salary)

Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week

Hybrid model: 4 days office / 1 day WFH

Intensive onboarding and training provided

Fast-moving sales cycle:
-
Existing customers: approx. 5 days
-
New customers: approx. 15 days

Dublin 2 office location
