Project Exposure
You will gain exposure to a diverse range of infrastructure projects, including:
- Roads and transport infrastructure
- Bridges and structures
- Marine and coastal engineering

- Earthworks, drainage, and heavy civil engineering projects
This role offers strong exposure to the prequalification and tendering process, helping you build practical skills in document preparation, online portal management, compliance checks, internal coordination, and submission support.
The Role
As a Prequalification Administrator, you will support the preparation, coordination, and submission of prequalification questionnaires and tender-related documentation. You will work closely with the bid, commercial, project, health and safety, quality, and operational teams to gather information and ensure submissions are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and development of prequalification submissions, PQQs, and tender support documents.
- Help maintain accurate records of prequalification documents, templates, project information, CVs, case studies, certificates, and company information.
- Support the completion of online prequalification portals and client questionnaires.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information for submissions.
- Assist with formatting, proofreading, and quality checking submission documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Track submission deadlines and help ensure all documents are completed and submitted on time.
- Maintain and update bid libraries, company templates, and standard response documents.
- Monitor tender portals for updates, clarifications, messages, and new opportunities as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the bid and prequalification team.
- Support continuous improvement of prequalification processes, templates, and document control systems.
This is a entry-level role, ideal for someone who is highly organised, willing to learn, and interested in building a long-term career within bid administration and prequalification support.
About You
- Previous administration experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.
- Experience or interest in construction, civil engineering, tendering, or bid administration would be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks.
- Confident Microsoft Office user, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working with templates, online portals, and document management systems.
- Living within reasonable commuting distance of the Foxford office is desirable.
