ELTA, an industry leader with over five decades of experience and operations across three continents, is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Trade Counter Salesperson to join our team in Tallaght.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established and growing business. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone with previous trade counter sales experience who is looking to develop their career within the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving trade and retail customers at the trade counter.
- Processing customer orders and providing product advice.
- Handling telephone and email enquiries.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Assisting with stock control and ensuring the trade counter is clean, organised, and well presented.
- Working closely with the sales and warehouse teams to provide excellent customer service.
Essential Requirements
- Previous trade counter sales experience is essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good computer literacy.
Desirable
- Knowledge or experience of the HVAC industry would be an advantage.
