Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to potential leads to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating our value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align strategies and share insights that enhance overall sales performance.
- Track and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions and follow-ups.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and market trends to refine outreach strategies.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing successes and challenges to foster a culture of support and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of sales scripts and strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably with a focus on cold calling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
