About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Site Manager to oversee multiple installation sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will excel in coordination, communication, and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, customers, and internal teams.
Site Manager Responsibilities-
Manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring all works meet safety, quality, and programme requirements.

Act as the main point of contact for site personnel, contractors, and the Contracts Manager.
- Organise deliveries, lifting facilities, access, storage, waste management, and site readiness.

Monitor installation progress, third‑party products, and ensure accurate reporting via company systems.

Identify and resolve site issues proactively, communicating all matters in writing.

Ensure all safety documentation (RAMS, safety statements, etc.) is completed and up to date.

Liaise with office teams on installation, repairs, maintenance, and material requirements.

Oversee safe storage and issue of materials and accessories on site.

Sign off fitter invoices and control labour costs within budget.

Maintain excellent customer relationships through clear, professional communication.
Required Skills/ abilities:-
Strong site management experience within construction or installation environments.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Working knowledge of the commercial window and doors sector.

Ability to manage multiple sites and work proactively to resolve issues.

Full Driving Licence

Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
