Tadg Riordan Motors, Toyota Tallaght have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced service advisor to join our busy team.
As a first point of contact, our ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:
- Be enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude to their work
- Be polite and courteous both on the phone and in person
- Have the ability to listen to our customers' needs ensuring they receive the highest standard of service available.
- Have the ability to multitask concentrating on the daily operation of a busy service department
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering service calls to provide information and assistance.
- Making/amending service bookings in person and on the phone.
- Estimating work on Triage with the technical ability to provide information to customers on specific needs
- Establishing and maintaining long term customer relationships,
- Assisting Service Manager with the daily operation of the service dept.
The successful candidate should have:
- Previous Service Advisor / Customer Service experience
- Technical ability with the understanding of motor vehicles
- Autoview experience or similar DMSA
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is required.
Pay: From €35,000.00 per year
