Atlantic Healthcare Alliance is reshaping primary care in Ireland — building a network of community-based GP practices focused on prevention, early detection, and chronic disease management. We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to lead a large GP practice in County Longford and become a key figure in delivering outstanding patient-centred care.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not a conventional practice administration role. As Operations Manager, you will own the full operational performance of a large GP practice — removing friction for clinical teams, driving programme delivery, and building a culture of excellence across every patient touchpoint.
You will work closely with your administration team, GPs, nurses, and the Regional Practice Director to ensure the practice is organised, responsive, and positioned to grow. Atlantic combines the community focus of general practice with the scale, infrastructure, and ambition of a modern healthcare platform — and this role sits at the centre of that mission.
